Orders
Manage customer orders, including viewing order details, updating order status, and processing refunds.
All orders page. Here you can find all the orders in your E-commerce platform. Click on the "Edit" button to view and edit the order details. Click on the "Delete" button to delete an order. Also you can select multiple orders to delete at once.
Edit Order page. Here you can update the order status, add order notes, and process refunds. You can also view the order details, including customer information, shipping address, and order items along with their vendor information.
Returns
Manage customer returns, including viewing return details, updating return status, and processing refunds.
All returns page. Here you can find all the returns in your E-commerce platform. Click on the "Edit" button to view and edit the return details. Click on the "Delete" button to delete a return. Also you can select multiple returns to delete at once.
